Our community brings together incredible, ambitious people, and fosters thoughtful discussion and collaboration in a great coworking environment. And we’ve been amazed by the results, which have ranged from new technical tools for nonprofits to research papers to charity startups. We are a community of professionals working to build a better future, and together, we support one another’s productivity, share ideas, celebrate wins, and build connections that genuinely improve our work.

We believe there is much more to travel than nice beaches (though working from the beach is encouraged too!). When you travel with others who care about putting what they see in context, every trip sharpens your worldview, and every day brings growth. Plus, you can enjoy the safety of a supportive community while you hike jungles, wander markets, explore temples, and dive into new experiences!

We’re not just exploring the world, we’re making it better. Our community is guided in part by the thinking of Effective Altruism, a movement that aims to find the best ways to help others, and put them into practice. Our community members work in fields including AI safety research, animal welfare, global health, cause prioritization, and much more, all with the shared goal of doing the most good we can. We convene people who take moral ambition seriously, and who share a passion for living life while we’re they’re it.

For most of us, the hardest part of the traveling lifestyle we love is building a consistent community. Our community fixes that. We travel with a built-in community, with a focus on creating meaningful, lasting connections.

We hand-pick curious, kind, mission-driven humans who want to do real good in the world, so it’s “friends at first sight” from day one, and every day you’re supported and inspired to be your best self. One thing is clear: our community is unique. Everyone here works and lives differently, and that’s part of what brings us together. For many of us, travel is a permanent lifestyle, while others join for a month or two at a time. Whether you’re a full-time nomad or join us for an impactful work retreat, there’s no set schedule you need to follow— you can apply for the chapters that make sense for you. But desk workers be warned: join us for one trip, and we’re confident you’ll come back for more.

Our trips are about collaboration, connection, growth, impact, and new experiences. We believe in growth through experience, and a well-balanced focus on productivity. With our community, you’ll always have options: impromptu forest walks, sunset meditations, world-class day trips, and after-work happy hours are our daily normal— as are educational talks, project hackathons, accountability support, and productivity workshops.
